Five tips for wellbeing, written by international education consultant, Jenny Mosley. Jenny shares some of her tried and tested strategies for helping children feel at ease and happy in their school life.

Includes mindfulness activities, techniques for promoting postive behaviour, opportunities for giving students classroom responsibilities and how to lead effective circle time discussions.

These ideas were designed for use in primary settings, but would work equally well in KS3 tutor time sessions.
