Supporting students in developing resilience

Tracy Godfroy, child psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, shares some strategies for how you can support students in becoming resilient in a classroom setting so that they can ask for help when they need it. Tracy includes:

  • resilience mantras
  • behaviours to encourage as part of your classroom routine
  • resilience strategies to teach individual students.

Tracy's suggestions accompany her article, 'Developing resilience: how teachers can support students'.
