Simple wellbeing strategies

This pick-and-mix resource offers simple strategies for students to improve their wellbeing when studying at home.

From decluttering and moving the furniture around to regular micro-breaks and eye care, these straightforward suggestions can make a real difference to how home-learners (or remote workers) feel on a daily basis.

Here's an example from this resource:

Find three things

Make a point of looking for three good things in your life every day. It could even be something small that you normally take for granted. Share your three good things with a family member or friend and ask them to think of their three top moments too.
