An illustration of a typical holiday crisis forms the jumping-off point for comparing and contrasting the first, second, third and mixed conditionals. Includes lots of practice in a wide range of contexts. Activities include:

  • checking form and function
  • gap fills
  • rephrasing sentences
  • writing your own endings
  • making chains of conditionals.
