This colourful PowerPoint introduces some Christmas vocabulary and Spanish traditions. A gap fill and some true or false reading sentences highlight some of the different festive traditions in Spain. A matching task is included – dictionaries may be required for this.

As a plenary, students can use the prompts on the Christmas calendar to talk about what they've learnt about how the festival is celebrated in Spain. This could also be used to prompt further cultural research.

The PDF / Word document contains the teaching notes.

Not much point putting the teaching notes up with nothing to use. I wasn't expecting the PowerPoint but at least a pdf of visuals. Shame as it looked like it would be just what i needed.

Oh, what a shame that the free part is only the teaching notes! This would have been good.
